Minimum Renter Requirements

  • The main renter or designated driver must be at least 25 years old.
  • The designated driver must have a valid driver’s license.
  • The designated driver must watch a safety video prior to taking possesion of their rental.
  • The minimum age for a passenger is 5 years old.
  • Wearing helmets are required at all times. Feel free to bring your own or one will be provided for you.

1. DRIVER(S) RULES:

1. Driver of vehicle must be at least 25 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and able to assume our mandatory insurance.
2. Driver will wear a helmet and seatbelt when operating the vehicle at all times.
3. Driver will not consume alcohol, drugs, or ingest any substances that could/would adversely affect the ability to safely/successfully operate the vehicle.
4. Driver will operate vehicle ONLY on areas legal by state and local law, within the tri-city area of the rental location and will NOT TRESPASS on any property which Driver is not authorized to operate the vehicle. Drivers may not transport the vehicle, in any manner, to other surrounding rental locations outside the tri-city area.
5. Driver will ONLY carry the number of passengers for which the vehicle was designed.
6. Driver will not carry any passengers, who have consumed alcohol, drugs, or ingested any substances that could/would adversely affect their ability to safely/successfully drive or ride in the vehicle.
7. Driver must follow all rules of the road, any infractions will be the responsibility of the driver, including but not limited to moving violations, parking tickets, impound fees, tolls, etc.
8. Driver will NOT use or permit the vehicle to be used:
a) by anyone other than an authorized driver
b) to carry passengers or property for hire
c) to tow or push anything
d) to be operated in a test, race or contest, or on unpaved roads
e) while the driver is under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance
f) for conduct that could be charged as a crime such as a felony or misdemeanor, including the transportation of controlled substances or contraband; or reckless behavior.
9. Driver may NOT drive or operating this vehicle while using a hand-held wireless communication device or other device that is capable of receiving or transmitting telephonic communications, electronic data, mail or text messages shall be deemed a breach of this contract.

2. PASSENGER(S) RULES:

  1. Passengers must be able to grasp handholds and firmly plant his or her feet, with their backs fully against the seat back rest. Minor passengers must be accompanied by a Parent/Guardian.
  2. Passengers will wear helmets and seatbelts when riding in the vehicle at all times.
  3. Passengers will not consume alcohol, drugs, or ingest any substances that could/would adversely affect the ability to safely/successfully ride in the vehicle.
  4. Passengers will be held to many of the same requirements that are expected of the driver.
